Trapped In Pain Without Pain…

It is a cry of every heart,
When will the rain quench,
The thirst of our earth?
The earth’s heart has torn apart,
Crying for a drop of rain.
In her parched lap is a lot of pain,
With animals dead struggled without rain.
The animals are left to rot,
The silence everywhere tells us,
The birds lost their voice and are gone.
They lost their homes and all trees were dead.
The green grass was no wear,
Leaving the dry earth in tears.
All the promises of nature and hopes were gone.
Leaving only an endless wait for rain to come along….
