There’s No Tomorrow…

With all hopes shattered, sitting here by the lake,
I wonder why life doesn’t seems to be always great.
Time moves faster than your mind can think,
Life changes overnight with an eye’s blink.
Little about this we ever think, and fail to cherish,
And the most loved ones one day suddenly perish.
If it happens to be my last day on this earth,
I will accept this life as what it’s been worth.
No one knows what can happen tomorrow,
Won’t be given an extra breath, no one can borrow.
No one has seen tomorrow, everything has to be done today,
For if tomorrow never shows up, we have nothing to regret any day…
