Now why would you come to my grave?
And why would you complain that I didn’t call you?
And why didn’t you make any excuse now
For not talking to me?…
You could not grab the courage to break the chains,
And kept thinking about the world what they might say…
In waiting for you all this time,
I ran out of more breaths…
You waited for the time to show your love,
When the flower of love withered away…
Today you forgot all the excuses you made,
And your friends seemed to be strangers to you…
The love which you hide all your life,
Today it went away from you forever…
The time gone once doesn’t come back,
And now if you cry I will not be able to wipe your tears…
Flowing tears from the eyes,
Are never able to fill the wounds inside…
Now there is no use bringing flowers to my grave,
It won’t help you if with your trembling lips,
Call my name again and again.
And everyone knows,
Calling for once gone doesn’t bring them home…
