Masking My Feelings…
As ugly as it can look…
Walking with a mask.
I hide my feelings…
With this mask,
Sparing this world…
From my anguish, pain and sufferings.
Living a wretched life day after day,
Making it look so perfect.
A smile so fake on my face,
With no suffering’s trace…
Masking all the scars on my soul,
Living alone in the valley of rivers…
Filled with tears and lonely shivers…
