A Thorny Walk…

I was walking on this thorny soil,
Trudging through the desert.
My feet so sore, eyes so tired,
Didn’t know where to go,
Was lost ?
For I didn’t know.
My aching heart,
My screaming soul,
Hold my pain and sorrows in.
At times made me think,
I was wrong, made me feel,
As if I am hiding onto my sin.
No one thought why I was hurt,
And they never felt the wrath.
Still walking strong,
Never felt weak,
I cried inside …
Making sure no one heard a creak.
I followed a path that I was told,
But never met anyone to trust and hold…
